Nicole Eisenman

Mrs. Eisenman is wife to Ben and mom to Joshua, Ellie, and Ana. Before becoming a full time mom, she graduated from Cal Poly SLO with a Bachelors of Science in Food Science and Nutrition. She worked in the field of community nutrition and helped to oversee thousands of children’s nutrition in the Head Start programs. It was a joy for her to connect with the families and teach about healthy living. 
 
Once Joshua came along, almost 15 years ago, her focus completely changed gears and homeschooling became her new passion. She spent countless hours rocking her first two children and researching all the homeschooling methods and curricula. Through this time, she found a love for classical education and reading aloud to her children. 
 
Now Mrs. Eisenman loves helping other moms find their place in the homeschooling world and teaching homeschool co-op middle grade science classes. Her other loves include crocheting copious amounts of cute animals (and other items too!), listening to all the audio books she can get her hands on, baking with her girls, and being with her family.
