​Ms. Erin is a Civil Engineer by trade, but she has found a love for all things crafty and sporty, which is where you will find her teaching. She loves working with children and teaching them new things. The best part about teaching others is that she gets to learn new things along the way too!
 
Ms. Erin has had a variety of jobs in her lifetime. She has worked in retail, been an engineer, owned her own daycare, become a long term lecturer at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, been a yard duty worker at her children's school, and now is trying her hand at creating a much needed non-profit. She stays busy and is not one that can sit idly by, but she very much enjoys her downtime when she can get it.
 
Ms. Erin is a child of God, a wife to Reuben, a mother to Remington and Ashlyn, and a fiercely loyal friend. When you don't see her at the Center, you can find her helping with the local scouts or getting involved in local politics. She loves spending time outdoors in nature and her garden and can talk about local politics until she is blue in the face (warning to all). A little known fact about her is that she does this all without a lick of coffee in her bloodstream! But she does enjoy the occasional kick of caffeine she can get from chocolate.
