Antony Billes and his family reside in Templeton, CA where he created and operates a certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise government supply company called Elephino. He retired from the Army Reserve in 2022. To start his career, he spent 6.5 years in the United States Marine Corps as an active duty servicemember having served in positions as a signals intelligence collections team leader and a marksmanship unit NCOIC. He commissioned in the Army Reserve as a Human Resources officer and was selected for positions ranging from Company Commander for IMCOM to Military Deputy Chief of Operations for SPN. He completed his service career as a Procurement Officer at the Defense Logistics Agency as a Major with over 13 years of active service and 24 years of total service. Antony holds three academic degrees. An Associate’s Degree from the Defense Language Institute, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Louisiana – Lafayette, and a Master’s of Business Administration from Western Governor’s University.

Antony and his phenomenal wife, Conni, have been together for over 18 years and have three fantastical children, Evelyn, Fiona, and Bodi. All three children thrive in homeschool and play multiple sports. They also enjoy socializing with friends from church, youth groups, and other collective activities.

Antony’s primary focus with Civitas HRC is to help support the building of a Christian based sports league with an initial start in north county San Luis Obispo. He is thankful to have been given an opportunity to serve amongst other great servants of the Lord.
